- Ensure all data handling adheres to strict federal regulations (HIPAA, FISMA, 21 CFR Part 11)
- Present findings to senior officials through concise executive summaries and data storytelling
- Coordinate with IT and program teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Maintain documentation of data methodologies and quality control procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Public Health, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal or healthcare datasets
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
