Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret federal datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports for agency stakeholders using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA) and privacy regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data collection methodologies
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling visual narratives
- Maintain data integrity across multiple federal systems and databases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years analyzing government or large-scale datasets
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R
- Experience with federal compliance frameworks (FISMA, 508 accessibility)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design
