Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets to identify trends and support strategic decision-making
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using SQL and Python
- Ensure compliance with federal data standards (FISMA, NIST) and security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- Present findings to senior leadership through executive-level visualizations
- Manage sensitive government data with strict confidentiality and integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with federal government or regulated industry
- Expertise in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Active or eligible for U.S. government security clearance
- Strong understanding of federal data governance frameworks
- Proven ability to handle classified or sensitive information
