Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex federal datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, and R for secure government systems
- Create comprehensive visualizations and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive briefings
- Ensure compliance with federal data regulations (FISMA, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11) and security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to align data strategies with national objectives
- Present findings to senior leadership with clear, data-driven recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal datasets
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Strong knowledge of federal data privacy laws and security protocols
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in CISSP or CIPP/US highly desirable
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
