Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale veteran healthcare datasets to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control protocols

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal datasets preferred
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design principles
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with VA healthcare systems or federal data standards a plus
- Active security clearance eligibility or ability to obtain one
