Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale federal datasets to support mission-critical decision-making.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, including NIST 800-171 and FISMA standards.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and visualizations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and optimize data workflows.
- Maintain data integrity and security across all federal systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Experience with SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of data governance and privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, FERPA).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
