Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain interactive data visualization dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal compliance standards, data privacy regulations (e.g., FISMA, NIST), and security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data requirements into technical specifications and reporting formats.
- Perform rigorous data cleansing, validation, and integration to ensure the integrity and accuracy of reporting outputs.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and briefings for senior leadership and government stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role within a federal or government contracting environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data warehousing technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Azure SQL) and big data platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation and applicable security clearance.
