Responsibilities
- Collect and Analyze Data: Gather, clean, and interpret large datasets from various sources to identify trends and patterns relevant to federal projects.
- Report Generation: Develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Data Modeling: Build and maintain data models to ensure data integrity and accuracy for federal reporting requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and government clients to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Compliance: Ensure all data handling processes adhere to federal regulations and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top Secret clearance is highly preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors in data and ensure 100% accuracy in all deliverables.
