Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets to identify trends and anomalies in security operations
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive briefings
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to standardize data governance protocols
- Prepare compliance reports for DHS leadership and congressional stakeholders
- Implement predictive modeling to enhance threat detection capabilities
- Maintain strict adherence to federal data security standards (NIST/FIPS)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience with federal data systems (e.g., DHS, FBI, or DoD)
- Expertise in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Certification in Tableau Desktop or AWS Data Analytics
- Demonstrated experience with 508-compliant data visualization
