Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale datasets to support federal agency initiatives and decision-making processes.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to communicate complex data trends to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust data models and analytical frameworks.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal security regulations and standards.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership and government clients.
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal or defense contracting sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings clearly.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (Secret or Top Secret) is highly preferred.
