Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale healthcare datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and patterns
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive stakeholders using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure compliance with federal data security standards (HIPAA, FISMA) and privacy regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data collection methodologies and quality control protocols
- Present findings to senior leadership through comprehensive reports and briefings
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines for continuous improvement of analytics workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with federal or regulated healthcare data
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of federal data governance frameworks and compliance requirements
