- Prepare comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations for senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Maintain strict compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, NIST)
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in federal data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal data systems and reporting
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of economic indicators and federal statistical methodologies
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
