Responsibilities
- Analyze complex agricultural datasets to identify trends and support program evaluation
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines for federal compliance reporting
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for stakeholder decision-making
- Ensure adherence to federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research initiatives and policy analysis
- Document methodologies and validate data integrity for audit purposes
- Support grant allocation through statistical modeling and impact assessments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience with SQL, Python, and R for data analysis
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js)
- Familiarity with federal data regulations and compliance standards
- Strong statistical analysis and hypothesis testing capabilities
- Experience with agricultural or government datasets preferred
