Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to produce actionable insights
- Develop interactive dashboards and data visualizations for stakeholder reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and KPIs
- Document data processes and maintain data quality frameworks
- Present findings to senior leadership through executive-level presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience with federal data systems and regulations
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and data visualization tools
- Certification in data governance (e.g., CDMP) or analytics (e.g., AWS Data Analytics)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with flexible scheduling
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling
