Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex federal datasets to support agency decision-making and policy development
- Design, develop, and maintain automated data pipelines for federal compliance reporting
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive leadership presentations
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous quality control protocols and federal regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliverables
- Document methodologies, findings, and recommendations in comprehensive technical reports
- Stay current with federal data standards (FISMA, HIPAA, etc.) and emerging analytics technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with federal government or regulated industry
- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Demonstrated experience with ETL processes and large-scale data management
