Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate federal datasets to ensure accuracy and compliance with government standards.
- Perform complex statistical analysis and data modeling to support mission-critical decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and briefings for senior stakeholders and government officials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data gaps and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and data governance policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is required.
- Ability to obtain or possess an active Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
