Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate federal datasets from various sources to ensure high-quality analytics.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for executive reporting.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support agency objectives.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and written reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal data privacy regulations and security standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
- Identify process improvements to enhance data collection and reporting workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal or government sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.
- Understanding of federal compliance standards (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST) is a plus.
