Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze complex datasets from various federal sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Visualization: Develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to present data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Compliance Support: Ensure all data handling practices adhere to federal regulations, including ITAR and EAR compliance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for government clients and internal teams.
- Database Management: Maintain and optimize SQL databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and propose automated solutions to improve productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis within the government or contracting sector.
- Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a government-issued security clearance (e.g., Secret or Top Secret) is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write technical documentation.
