Job Summary:
We are looking for a candidate who can navigate the complexities of federal data structures while delivering clear, concise reports. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data trends and provide recommendations that support our federal clients' mission objectives.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate federal datasets to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and data modeling using tools such as SQL, Python, and R.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and briefings for federal clients and internal leadership.
- Ensure all data processing adheres to federal compliance standards (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST).
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support strategic planning.
- Maintain documentation of data pipelines and analysis methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal sector or government contracting.
- Proficiency in SQL for complex querying and data extraction.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (or willingness to undergo the process).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
