Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex federal datasets to support strategic decision-making
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines for federal compliance reporting
- Visualize findings using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholder presentations
- Ensure all data handling adheres to strict federal security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Conduct quality assurance audits on federal datasets
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for federal regulatory submissions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with federal data analysis (DOD, DHS, or VA experience a plus)
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and statistical analysis tools
- Expert knowledge of federal data regulations (FISMA, 21 CFR Part 11)
- Proven experience with ETL processes and data warehousing
- Security clearance eligibility or existing clearance required
