Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights for government agencies
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, and R
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure strict adherence to federal data security protocols (NIST, FISMA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support federal program evaluations
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior stakeholders
- Monitor data quality and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with federal/government data analysis
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and statistical analysis tools
- Certification in data visualization (Tableau/Power BI) or data governance
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one immediately
- Proven experience with ETL processes and big data technologies
- Familiarity with federal reporting requirements and compliance standards
