Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive quantitative and qualitative data analysis to support federal reporting requirements and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain complex data models and databases to ensure high data integrity and accuracy.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik to communicate findings to senior leadership.
- Ensure all data collection, storage, and analysis processes strictly comply with federal regulations and agency security policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Perform rigorous data cleansing and validation to eliminate errors and prepare datasets for analysis.
- Write clear, concise documentation and technical reports summarizing analysis results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense sector.
- Active Secret Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying, extraction, and manipulation.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for advanced data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting to diverse audiences.
