- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to define data requirements
- Document data processes, methodologies, and quality assurance procedures
- Present findings to stakeholders through concise visualizations and written summaries
- Maintain data security protocols and audit trails for sensitive veteran information
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years experience with federal data systems and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one visualization tool (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and federal privacy regulations
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one within 30 days
