Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale federal datasets to support decision-making processes.
- Design and maintain interactive data dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Ensure strict adherence to CUI (Controlled Unclassified Information) and FedRAMP compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, security analysts, and program managers, to identify key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive stakeholders, highlighting trends, anomalies, and insights.
- Perform data validation and quality assurance checks to guarantee data integrity.
Qualifications
- Security Clearance: Active Secret or Top Secret clearance is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Querying & Optimization), Python or R for data manipulation, and experience with data warehousing concepts.
- Visualization: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
