Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal healthcare datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and support policy decisions
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakebriefings
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation protocols and federal compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with large datasets
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and statistical analysis tools
- Experience with federal data systems (VA, CMS, or DoD preferred)
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
