Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop comprehensive data visualizations, interactive dashboards, and executive summaries using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure strict adherence to federal regulations, security protocols, and data governance standards.
- Perform statistical modeling and predictive analysis to forecast future outcomes and support policy decisions.
- Document data processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure knowledge transfer and system scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization platforms (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Redshift, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
