Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling tools

- Ensure compliance with federal data governance standards (FISMA, HIPAA, CUI)
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement data pipeline improvements and automation
- Prepare comprehensive analytical reports for congressional briefings and agency heads
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis for emerging threats and operational requirements
- Maintain security clearance protocols and sensitive data handling procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal data systems
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Familiarity with federal reporting frameworks and compliance standards
- Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, SAS) preferred
