We are seeking a highly skilled and security-cleared Federal Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in San Antonio, TX. Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis on federal datasets to support strategic decision-making and policy development.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar enterprise tools.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal data governance policies, FedRAMP standards, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust data models and database queries.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, briefings, and executive summaries for senior leadership.
- Perform data cleansing, validation, and migration activities to ensure data accuracy across systems.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends in federal data analytics and intelligence gathering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top Secret clearance.
- Strong understanding of federal security frameworks, including NIST and FISMA.
