Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end data analysis, modeling, and reporting for federal clients.
- Ensure strict compliance with FISMA and NIST security standards for all data processing.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Conduct rigorous data cleansing and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and detailed documentation of findings.
- Assist in the implementation of new data management systems and data governance frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal data analysis or government contracting.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools and database management systems (Oracle, SQL Server).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
