Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and statistical modeling to support federal intelligence and policy-making initiatives.
- Design and maintain complex dashboards using tools like Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators for stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance by adhering to FISMA standards and federal data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to senior leadership and government clients.
- Manage large-scale datasets using SQL and Python, ensuring data quality and accessibility.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Clearance: Active Secret or Top Secret clearance is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or SAS).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis within the federal or defense sector.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and compliance frameworks.
