We are currently seeking a Federal Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Chandler, Arizona. Responsibilities
- Conduct Advanced Data Analysis: Perform complex data mining, cleaning, and statistical analysis on large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop Reporting Solutions: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and comprehensive reports using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik to support executive decision-making.
- Ensure Compliance & Security: Adhere to federal regulations, including FISMA, NIST, and FedRAMP, ensuring all data handling processes meet strict security protocols.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders to translate technical data findings into clear, concise, and strategic business recommendations.
- Data Governance: Implement and monitor data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all systems.
- Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of data migration projects and system upgrades for federal clients.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Clearance: Active Top Secret Security Clearance is required. Ability to obtain and maintain eligibility for SCI access.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying, Python or R for statistical modeling, and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of federal data standards, data privacy laws (GDPR/Privacy Act), and federal acquisition regulations (FAR).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
