Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale federal datasets to support agency objectives and policy development.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal data privacy regulations, security protocols, and NIST standards.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the Federal Government or a DoD/DoE contractor.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik).
- Ability to obtain or maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and excellent written/oral communication skills.
