Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate federal datasets to ensure accuracy and compliance with strict government standards and regulations.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to communicate complex data trends to diverse stakeholders.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support strategic initiatives and policy formulation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Prepare detailed reports and executive briefings for senior leadership and federal clients.
- Maintain data governance protocols and ensure strict adherence to security clearance requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for complex data manipulation and querying.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present data findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (Secret or Top Secret).
