Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets from various federal and defense sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik to support executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data integrity across all systems.
- Conduct statistical analysis to validate findings and present results in clear, concise reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, including FedRAMP, NIST, and agency-specific data security protocols.
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and processing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, specifically within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/Secret security clearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
