Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex system issues
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with state and federal IT regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management
- Certification in CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with ITIL framework and incident management
