Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large, complex datasets to support federal program objectives and reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement within federal systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and executive briefings, ensuring data accuracy and clarity for non-technical audiences.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal data security standards, privacy regulations, and reporting guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation of data pipelines, methodologies, and findings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, with a preference for experience in the federal or government sector.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and querying, as well as Python or R for advanced analysis.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools, including Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex data findings to senior leadership.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance (or willingness to undergo the process).
