Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex federal datasets to support program evaluation and policy development.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal compliance standards and data governance protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress.
- Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to forecast trends and support decision-making processes.
- Document data processes and create technical specifications for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis within the federal or government contracting sector.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and querying.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance (or equivalent).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
