Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from various federal sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or SAS to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform complex statistical analyses and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal data privacy laws, OMB guidelines, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical findings into clear, concise reports for stakeholders.
- Automate data workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual processing time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, specifically within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS for data manipulation and advanced querying.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView, Power BI).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting.
