- Collect, cleanse, and analyze large-scale datasets from various federal sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or SQL to support executive decision-making.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal security protocols, including FedRAMP compliance and data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data findings into clear, concise reports for stakeholders.
- Perform statistical modeling and forecasting to support budget planning and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular audits of data quality to ensure accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Assist in the creation of technical documentation and standard operating procedures for data analysis processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a suitable Federal background clearance (Secret or Top Secret).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
