Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various federal sources.
- Assist in the creation of interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support decision-making processes.
- Maintain accurate data documentation and ensure data integrity standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to interpret complex data and present findings to stakeholders.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on data entry and analysis outputs.
- Support the lifecycle of data projects from requirement gathering to final delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Computer Science, Statistics, or Business) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Basic understanding of SQL or data visualization concepts is preferred but training is provided for the right candidate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a Federal background clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
- A strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new software and technologies quickly.
