Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for agency stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Prepare comprehensive reports and briefings for congressional committees
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven solutions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Policy, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal or government data systems
