Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports for agency stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data standards (FISMA, HIPAA, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven solutions
- Present findings to senior leadership using data visualization tools
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control procedures
- Support federal compliance reporting and documentation requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in federal or regulated industry data analysis
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Familiarity with federal data security protocols and compliance standards
- Strong statistical analysis and machine learning fundamentals
