Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Develop automated data pipelines and maintain secure databases in compliance with federal regulations
- Create compelling visualizations and reports for senior leadership and congressional stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver analytical solutions
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA, FERPA, and other federal data privacy standards
- Present findings to inform policy decisions and program improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal datasets preferred
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and R for statistical modeling
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and Excel
- Strong understanding of federal data governance frameworks (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
