Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and support policy recommendations
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for federal agency stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal regulations (e.g., FISMA, HIPAA, FOIA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data collection methodologies aligned with federal requirements
- Present findings to senior leadership through clear, concise visualizations and written reports
- Maintain secure data handling protocols and documentation for federal audit purposes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience analyzing federal, state, or government-contracted datasets
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of federal data compliance standards and security protocols
- Experience with statistical modeling and hypothesis testing for policy analysis
- Certification in data governance (e.g., CDMP) or federal contracting preferred
