Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to support defense intelligence operations
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL and Python
- Generate comprehensive reports and visualizations for senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, NISPOM)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
- Implement data quality controls and validation processes
- Present findings to stakeholders through executive dashboards and briefings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in federal data analysis or defense sector
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Familiarity with DoD data architecture and classification standards
- Strong statistical analysis and predictive modeling skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data technologies
