Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal healthcare datasets using SQL, Python, and R
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (HIPAA, FISMA)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to support public health initiatives
- Present findings to senior leadership with data-driven recommendations
- Automate reporting workflows using ETL tools (e.g., Alteryx, Informatica)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with federal data analysis and reporting
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one statistical programming language (R/Python)
- Strong knowledge of healthcare data models (HCUP, NHANES)
- FISMA and HIPAA compliance certification preferred
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization
- Active federal security clearance (or ability to obtain)
