Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large-scale federal datasets to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal standards.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
- Perform statistical analysis and trend forecasting to support agency decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to interpret data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain data governance protocols and ensure the security of sensitive federal information.
- Prepare clear, concise documentation and presentations for stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or a top-tier federal contracting environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Experience with federal data systems (e.g., JDE, SAP) and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
