Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets from various federal sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal data governance standards, NDA requirements, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Perform statistical modeling and forecasting to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Maintain and optimize database queries using SQL to improve reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and SQL for data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik).
- Strong understanding of federal regulations, data privacy laws (GDPR, HIPAA), and security clearance processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
