Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using advanced statistical methods
- Develop data visualizations and reports for senior leadership and policymakers
- Ensure compliance with federal data governance and security protocols (FISMA, NIST)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven solutions
- Implement data quality controls and validation processes
- Present findings to stakeholders through executive dashboards and briefings
- Support continuous improvement of data analytics infrastructure
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with federal data systems and security clearance eligibility
- Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and data modeling
- Ability to work with sensitive information under strict confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
