Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal data systems and compliance requirements
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of healthcare data structures and veteran services
- Proven track record in developing automated reporting pipelines
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
